These Terms of Agreement are in compliance with the general rules laid down in the Consumer Purchase Act (LOV-2002-06-21-34), the Right of Repeal (LOV-2000-12-21-105) and the Personal Data Act (LOV-2000-04-14-31)

Paypal / Stripe will collect personal information about you in connection with payment. Paypal / Stripe is responsible for personal data according to their terms.
Brandslock will share the personal information needed for the shipping companies to complete an order.
If an order is placed on an item that is shipped directly from the supplier, Brandslock will send over the information needed to be able to place an order from the supplier.
When you use Chat and / or FAQ, Zenddesk may handle and store the personal information such as phone number, surname and surname, address, email and IP number that you enter yourself in order to log and save history from previous chats.
When you as a customer choose to send an email to Brandslock, your email address and email history will be stored to make it possible and easier to follow up and respond to a case.
No information will be sold to third parties or sent to third countries.

Prices and fees
The prices stated on www.brandslock.shop/www.brandslock.no are excluding VAT (VAT) except Norway. Prices include VAT and import duties for deliveries to Norway.
Entering into a purchase agreement
Brandslock products can be ordered at www.brandslock.shop/www.brandslock.no or through our customer service. Purchase agreement is considered to be entered into when your order is confirmed by email to the email address provided at the time of booking. Brandslock's General Terms and Conditions are considered accepted when order is placed. Brandslock does not enter into an agreement with minors (persons under 18) unless there is consent from the parent. Agreement can only be entered into with customers with delivery address in Norway.
Normal delivery time is 2-6 days from when Brandslock confirmed the order by email.
If a shipment is delayed, you will be contacted by customer service. You will then have the opportunity to cancel the purchase.

Not collected packages/shipments
Packages that are not collected within fourteen (14) days will be returned to Brandslock. If this happens you can be charged for delivery costs
