A signed for delivery service is used and typical delivery timescales of 3 to 5 working days should be allowed. If you should be out when the courier delivery company attempt to deliver your order a calling card will be left detailing a telephone and, or website address for you to re-arrange delivery. Courier deliveries on the standard free delivery service can be any time between 7.30am and 6.30pm on a weekeday (i.e. Monday to Friday).
If you are ordering online and unsure whether you will be in it is always a good idea to add a note to the checkout page asking for the item to be delivered to a neighbour, you can also e-mail us with this information by simply replying to the order confirmation e-mail. As a consumer, in addition to any other statutory rights that you may have, you have the right to cancel or return your order for unused goods and receive a refund from BRANDSLOCK.
Return period is 14 working days after delivery but we give extented return period on special occassions like Christmass, Easter etc and customers may initiate return request within 7 days after event.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel order, please initiate it over phone or email customer services to get detailed return instructions. It is the responsibility of customer to make sure the safe return of products. Your money excluding will be refunded within 1-3 working days of cancellation or return. We regret to do refunds on items which are being used and are not in resale able condition and/or damaged during the return.
Please return the products with their original packaging and in a clean, unused and resale able condition.
In a very unlikely event, you have been delivered a wrong product, please inform us immediately and we are happy to collect the item free of charge. If you find that your goods have been damaged in transit, or item of your shipment is missing, you must inform us immediately upon receipt of goods quoting your order number. Undelivered parcels must be reported to us within 10 working days. Email us at email@example.com. We will either refund the original amount paid or send a replacement, whichever is preferred by us.
